All orders are sent via Australia Post with Tracking.
Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible.
However you should allow between 10 WORKING DAYS for delivery although many of our customers receive their order in just a few days.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days of placement. except when placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Noon , weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day. Note: if an order is scheduled to ship longer then 5 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
International orders ship through Australia Post. International shipping charges are based on the items ordered, weight, size and destination.
After your order is placed, shipping charges are calculated and you will be e-mailed within 24-48 hours notifying you of your shipping options and their costs. Your order will not ship without your approval. We will cancel your order if we do not hear from you within two business days.
Shipping charges are the actual amount charged by Australia Post.
Important Note about International Taxes, Duties and Fees: Please be aware that a customs fee, duty fee, import tax, or other types of tax or fees may apply to your order. We do not provide any of this information on individual countries. When purchasing from our website, it is up to the customer to research these fees before a purchase is made. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery ( International sales are exempt from time limit ) and must be new, unused, unopened, and contain all original packaging, accessories, and packing list. Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees. Replacement will only be shipped when original item(s) are returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted if item(s) are opened, damaged, missing their original packaging, or not returned within 15 business days. Upon receipt and confirmation of the return by , customer's will be refunded for the amount of the purchase price of the item, less 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
. Custom Stencils, unless a picture is emailed of fault which can be reviewed by our graphic staff.
All custom stencils are made with a filed copy, if we find a fault we will refund or replace, no need to return original!!!
